Welcome to Forever2Gather.com, your personalized matchmaking platform. This Agreement outlines the legally binding terms for your use of the Site and membership. Forever2Gather.com reserves the right to modify this Agreement as needed. Membership and admission rights are subject to reservation.

This Terms of Use is published in accordance with the provisions of Rule 3 (1) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines) Rules, 2011.

Forever2Gather.com serves as an advertising platform, offering targeted advertising services for matchmaking alliances. It is designed to replace traditional newspaper classifieds. The platform is intended for individual members' personal use to promote their profiles and find suitable matches, and cannot be employed for commercial purposes.

Access to the Forever2Gather.com website is free. Additionally, we offer Premium Memberships, providing access to contact details of prospects according to available membership plans and enabling text-based chat.

The terms "You," "User," and “Member” are used interchangeably to refer to individuals utilizing our Services and/or the Site.

Acceptance of the Terms of Use Agreement

To use the Forever2Gather.com Website/Mobile Site/Mobile Applications/Community Sites/Network Sites ("Site"), you must register as a member ("Member"). Forever2Gather.com is considered an intermediary under sub-clause (w) of Section 2 of the Information Technology Act, 2000. This Agreement constitutes an electronic contract, establishing legally binding terms for Site usage and becoming a "Member." For the purpose of this Agreement, "Member" refers to anyone voluntarily submitting information to the Site, whether as a free or paid member, while "User" denotes an individual actively using the Site for matchmaking profile promotion. By using the Site, you acknowledge and consent to these Terms of Use ("Agreement"). If you intend to become a Member and promote/advertise your profile to others while using the Forever2Gather.com service ("Service"), read and adhere to these Terms of Use and follow the Registration process guidelines.

By utilizing the Service, you provide your consent for the collection, processing, display, and utilization of your personal identifiable information, including sensitive data such as financial information for paid membership, submitted identity proofs, religion, etc. This consent is to facilitate the provision of the Service. If you object to your personal data being collected or processed, we recommend not registering on our Site.

If you wish to withdraw this consent or object to continuous collection or storage of your personal details, discontinue using our Service and delete your account by emailing care@forever2gather.com. We will comply with this request within 30 days, unless prohibited by law.

The Site is a platform for serious matchmaking to find life partners for marriage, not intended for casual dating. Membership and admission rights are reserved.

Eligibility.

To register as a member of Forever2Gather.com or use the Site, you must be of legal marriageable age as per Indian laws (currently 18 years or older for females and 21 years or older for males) and legally competent.

The Forever2Gather.com site solely facilitates personal advertisement for lawful marriage alliances among individuals legally capable of entering into matrimony under their respective jurisdictional laws.

Membership is void where prohibited. By using this Site, you represent and warrant that you have the legal right, consent, authority, and capacity to enter into this Agreement, provide relevant information to us, and that no applicable law, order, decree, injunction, or any competent authority prevents or restricts you from entering into matrimony.

You further confirm your intention to seek a life partner and not to use the site for casual dating. You also agree to comply with all terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement. Should Forever2Gather.com conclude (at its sole discretion) or have reasonable grounds to believe that you are ineligible to become a member or have provided false information, violated this Terms of Use, or acted against its terms, Forever2Gather.com reserves the right to immediately terminate your membership and/or your Service usage without refunding any unused subscription fees.

By using this Site, you acknowledge that the match emails or search results shown by the system are based on the partner preferences you submitted in your profile.

Account Security.

You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials' confidentiality, and you are solely accountable for all activities under your account. Inform us immediately of any unauthorized account usage or disclosure. Ensure logging out after each session.

Term & Termination.

This Agreement remains effective, valid, and in force throughout your use of our Site.

You can terminate your membership at any time for any reason by contacting Forever2Gather.com. Upon termination, no refund will be granted for unused subscription fees unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Forever2Gather.com may terminate your access to the Site and/or your membership, including but not limited to breaches of terms of use, commercial use of the service, engaging in prohibited communication or activity. Termination notice will be sent to the email address provided during membership application. If termination is due to a breach of this Agreement, no Subscription fee refund will be provided.

Certain clauses of this Agreement, including sections 4, 7, and sections 10 to 14, will remain valid even upon termination.

Term for paid Membership aligns with the selected membership type.

In the event of business discontinuity, the Company will refund 50% of the unused membership fees paid by you.

Non-Commercial Use by Members.

The Site is intended for individual members to promote and advertise their profiles for finding suitable matches
